Pinot Noir
Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir
$75Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir begins in six different sustainably certified Estate Vineyards, which are all located within a few miles of the Domaine Château. They grow twenty different clones of Pinot Noir and each one contributes its unique flavor profile and personality to make this compelling blend which is truly a mosaic of the Carneros terroir. Winemaker TJ Evans hand selects French oak barrels, 1/3 of them new, to enhance and highlight the earth and spice without overwhelming the delicate fruit.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon
$200A dark, scarlet red color, with powerful aromas of sweet ripe cabernet grapes. Initial impressions are fantastically appealing, brooding to expansive textural sensations of finely grained cacao tannins. The whole of the wine is balanced, rich, expressive and impressively complex. The backbone of fine tannin and sweet ripeness is a carry-over from perfectly mature fruit. 1 litre

Liqueurs
Penfold's Grandfather Rare Tawny
$100The Grandfather name dates back to 1915, when an oak cask containing the finest blend of available
Tawny material was set aside for the exclusive use of the Penfold family. This wine was known as
The Grandfather due to the age of the oldest Tawny in the blend. With each vintage varietal batches
are selected for Grandfather. These batches are individually aged in seasoned old oak casks before
being blended together at 14 years of age. This blend is then introduced into the 'Grandfather
Solera'. This Solera consists of six stages that are designed to fully integrate all components offering
consistency and freshness with a final minimum average blended age of 20 years.
